Suitable for all levels, this 45 minute class will explore breath-work, meditation, and yoga. This class will combine chair work and standing postures, but will not require a mat. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Thursdays, 7AM PST, 8AM Costa Rica, 10 AM EST, 16:00 CEST
This will be a weekly class with a ($10) drop in for non-members. These classes are included with membership. If you are already a member you can register for these classes here.
