The GEMS College of Energy Medicine turns 2 in January and we want to do something different with all you lovely humans.
On Saturday January 13th, 13:00 CST (convert timezone here) we will be doing 5-Element vision-boarding together! Whatever that looks like to you. A business plan or personal goals and resolutions, something you can hang in your office or keep on your desktop. There’s something special about writing down our goals somewhere pretty, and we will be doing this together on Zoom where we can discuss plans, strategies, and support each other in this process.
Once we have some things written down, we’ll do a group 5-Element colour balance to clear the stress on our goals and create the frequency we want to carry through our year. Let’s move into the new year with intention and community!
Along with specific colours and emotions, the five elements represent different areas of life, times of year, and phases of projects, which makes this a perfect way to organize our thoughts for 2024. Don’t worry, we’ll include keywords and ideas to get you started in each category.
