This class is massive, 173 pages and 308 SIPS points and formats – plus adapted VIP protocols and microbiota balancing procedures, plus tons of information on the vagus nerve and polyvagal theory! (For people who have taken Guardian Element with me, this SIPS class goes much deeper into the physiology as opposed to the energetic physiology and emotional components and the GEMS protocols and SIPS points work beautifully together as always.)
It has been a couple years since Ian taught a class online and who knows when he will again, so don’t miss this!
In order to accommodate timezones, class will span 5 days, 5 hours per day, online via zoom.
