GEMS College of Energy Medicine turns 3! And to celebrate with all of you lovely KinesioGeeks, we are hosting a little event to set the stage for 2025.
Last year we did goal setting with the 5-Elements, and this time want to plan our year in accordance with the chakras! By making sure we have goals and space set up for each energy center, we can create balance in our year and alignment with our higher selves.
Whether you like to vision-board or write lists, make altars or affirmations, we would love to set aside some time to do this together.
