Suitable for all levels, this 45 minute class will explore breath-work, meditation, and yoga. This class will combine chair work and standing postures, but will not require a mat. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

muscle testing meets movement
I love this class as Liz incorporates meridian flows, muscle tests and 5-element theory with movement and breathwork to wake up and strengthen the body.
