Living in a small village backing on to a biological corridor, we commonly see animals such as sloths, howler monkeys, anteaters, coatis and a variety of birds, including parakeets and toucans.

Rooms
We currently have 3 rooms available for students. The master bedroom has a double bed, bathroom, outdoor shower. The student rooms each have two single beds (one up in the loft) and are just down the hall from our new gorgeous jungle-view bathroom. The are small, but clean and cozy and have fans and dehumidifiers to keep you comfortable.
We will provide delicious, healthy, home-cooked meals, coffee and tea, filtered water, fruits, etc. Fresh goat milk and eggs from our little farm. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
Fall asleep to the sounds of the river. We can take a long lunch break during class to go play in a nearby waterfall (about 10 minutes walk away).
We are off the grid using solar and micro-hydro power. We are committed to environmental sustainability and are happy to show you how our energy systems work and share our experiments in permaculture!
