GEMS College of Energy Medicine turns 4! And to celebrate with all of you lovely KinesioGeeks, we are hosting a little event to set the stage for 2026.
For this year’s Anniversary celebration we once again revisit the idea of goal setting with energy centres. For 2026 we will explore Element Archetypes:
The General – Wood
The Wizard – Fire
The Mother – Earth
The Knight – Metal
The Philosopher – Water
The Narrator – Air
How do we define these archetypes and bring them forward into the New Year?
This is a free event for the GEMS College community! We have done energetic goal-setting events for the past two years as part of our anniversary celebration, but this year we are giving it a different focus. By working with the Element Archetypes, we shift the focus from ‘what?’ to ‘how?’ Not ‘what are you hoping to accomplish in the next year?’ But ‘how are you embodying these qualities and aspects of yourself in the next year?’
Together we will discuss the Archetypes, create some individual goals, and hopefully emerge with a template for an amazing New Year!
