Welcome to the Air Element Forum!
The Air Element is often forgotten when people talk about Elements. It is not one of the 5 spoken of in TCM, rather, it is the harmony of the Conception and Governing Vessels – extraordinary meridians that regulate yin/yang balance and flow and the inflow and outflow of energy between the individual and the universe.
This space is a home for people who have not yet chosen a path of who they want to work with, or who are looking for more general study. It focuses on Touch for Health and Foundational courses and overall self-care and wellness.
